Question: Which days is the shuttle service available?
Answer: Shuttle Service is available Monday through Friday. With a limited shuttle service on Saturday to only surrounding communities.

Question: What hours is shuttle service available?
Answer: The hours are Monday - Friday 7:15am - 4:45pm.

Question: How late does your service pick up?
Answer: Depending on your location, pick up times may vary. The last pick up from most areas is between 4:00-4:15pm.

Question: Does your shuttle service commutes to downtown?
Answer: Unfortunately, we are unable to provide shuttle service downtown, we offer complimentary transit passes for our customers.

Question: How far from the dealer does the shuttle service run?
Answer: Shuttle Service runs within the Calgary City limits with the exception of downtown. We also have a Cochrane Shuttle available running Monday-Friday 7:15am - 4:45pm.

Question: Do you offer supplementary transportation to service customers?
Answer: Yes, we have a full fleet of rental vehicles Charlesglen Toyota customers may rent at a discou nted rate if their car's being worked on in our service department.
