I had remote start fitted from new, suddenly stopped working, drive into service bay to just talk to service rep for advice, next thing service manager came out had a look, plugged computer in found the problem and fixed it and out of there within 20 mins
That’s what I call customer service
Such a great experience with this dealership. I had to sell my father's vehicle after he passed away and they made the process quick and easy. They were compassionate and went above and beyond. I would recommend them to anyone!

Don’t EVER go to this dealership. I purchased a vehicle from them & not a day later , my truck stalled on the highway ... I then have to tow the vehicle to them (out of my own wallet) - for them to tell me its a transmission problem . They have my truck for a week (which is fine ) but when I get it back - there’s about 600 more k than when I dropped it off . 600 MORE KM !!!! Dog hair in the back , the inside roof of the car has grease on it, 4 light bulbs are out,
Then fast forward to two months later ... the truck breaks down again ... more transmission problems . It’s still under “warranty” at this point so ... thank god .
NOW LETS TALK ABOUT TODAY . My vehicle just broke down for the 3rd time - but now apparently it’s not under warranty. Meanwhile I’ve had the truck for LESS THAN A YEAR. Pretty comical considering when i purchased the vehicle with Charlesglen , they were saying “there’s nothing wrong with it” .
I’ve been so fed up dealing with these sorry excuses of humans , I had to hang up on the manager . Don’t waste your time with these people ... & don’t waste your money !!!!! Save yourself the headache & go to a dealership that doesn’t lie to your face & actually cares about their customers . Better have a better look at the mechanics looking over the vehicles, TYLER .

I honestly didn't expect to receive such honest and forthright service given past dealings with other car dealers. In the spring my 07 Tacoma failed inspection and a new frame had been ordered, and was suppose to be installed this fall. I haven't heard anything back from them, and in the meantime I am driving a vehicle with a frame that failed inspection.
Follow up Dec 4, Received the call to bring it in for the work.

This is our 4th and 5th car we have purchased from Tyler Medland our fantastic rep at Charlesglen Toyota and the service has been outstanding as usual. Jim who delivers the car and walks you through the delivery process is wonderful, knowledgeable and funny. Jim has delivered all our cars and he makes the process relaxing and fun.
Just called to find out if they carry an oil filter for a Japanese import. I thought I would get better service from Toyota rather than trying a general auto parts store. Boy was I wrong! Oil filter here they wanted to charge 90 bucks... also wouldnt even provide a part # so I could shop around. The guy was nice on the phone but said his manager wouldnt allow him to give that info out. Auto value was able to provide the part # and much cheaper price.
