Our experience has always been great with Charlesglen Toyota. We bought a corolla in 2010 and now a Rav 4. Everyone is so friendly and they went through everything and explained everything to us.
Awesome AWESOME customer service from each and every member of the Charlesglen staff who I have had the pleasure to deal with. I will continue to bring my Corolla into the service department because they are so friendly and treat you like one of the family. And the shuttle service takes a backseat to noone. Love it!

The process of purchasing a vehicle was excellent, the day I picked up the vehicle Mark was great while showing everything about my new vehicles.
My experience buying a new vehicle at Charlesglen Toyota was nothing short of fantastic. Tyler was very helpful and informative from the get go without being pushy. I was most impressed to find out that all the information he provided proved accurate when I researched it after the fact. Any questions I had about deciding which vehicle to purchase were answered promptly. Not only was Tyler helpful in wading through all of the various options and information, he also made me feel very comfortable about the service that would be provided after the purchase by Charlesglen. The finance department was also great, as well as the delivery service from Jim who gave me a thorough rundown of how to operate all the features on the vehicle.
Service and value on the decline.
Unfortunately things are getting worse at Charlesglen. My primary issue is with overbooking and declining quality of work.
Charlesglen clearly overbooks by perhaps a factor of two. I always get appointments month in advance and still a 15-minute job takes two hours and a 30-minute job takes three to four hours. The simple solution is to not overbook and serve the customer at the much pre-scheduled time slot. I do not mind paying for missing my appointment if that is what it takes to not overbook (to still make money if some customers do not show up). All my dentists and physicians do that, and it is perfectly fine way of doing it.
Second I see more and more jobs done poorly. When tires were switched over, maintenance light was not reset. At one tire switch over, all my brake and tire related sensor lighted up, not sure what was messed up there. At an oil change, the engine air filter was not put back properly, damaging the filter, and then plastic casing was not put back properly so it was not sealed. Then my floor mat had dirty shoe signs on it. At least in the past service folks were courteous and offered what I felt sincere apology (and cleaning in last case). But even that is gone now with terse and mechanical response.
I am at end of my loyalty response, and maybe looking for a shop that delivers on time and error free next time. After all this work is clearly not rocket science.
Ryan was the sweetest salesman I’ve encountered recently, and a pleasure to deal with. Jim made the pickup of the vehicle a fun experience, even with it being a used car, and the next day when we had what turned out to be a small issue with the car, the used sales manager was pleasant and dealt with the issue without hesitation.
Our salesman Mitch made choosing Toyota easy.There was no pressure to purchase & made time to answer all of our questions.Mark was great explaining the features of our new vehicle. I wanted to leave a shoutout to the awesome team at Charlesglen Toyota. Especially Garnett Lund, whom tried his very best to find me at Calvary Blue TRD PRO 4Runner, given that the deposit that I left at South Point fell through (They did not receive another Calvary Blue).
Garnett called all over Canada to find the color I wanted. Unfortunately, he was not able to snag such a rare color (less than 10 in Canada). Instead, he had a black TRD PRO 4runner that was arriving in May. He was able to secure this vehicle for me.
2-3 weeks prior to the delivery of the black TRD PRO 4Runner, a Calvary Blue TRD PRO 4Runner popped up in BC. I jumped on it right away, unfortunately the Toyota Dealership in Cranbrook was not willing to trade vehicles for the 4Runner. So I had to purchase it directly from Cranbrook.
Garnett completely understood the situation I was in, and refunded my deposit, no questions asked! Garnett was happy that I was happy (getting the color I wanted). This is the type of service you will get at Charlesglen.
I wanted to add that purchasing the vehicle is pain free at Charlesglen. Right before the Black TRD PRO 4Runner arrived, I received multiple emails from the team at Charlesglen, outlining when the vehicle will arrive, instructions on receiving updates, and delivery information (what they will do during the delivery process). I have purchased vehicles from BMW and Mercedes Benz in the past, and have not received treatment like this.
I will not hesitate to purchase my next vehicle from them!
