Our Dealership's pledge is to "fix it right the first time." We have incorporated different policies and procedures to try and ensure that we can accomplish this objective. For example, every day our Parts Advisors go through the next day's appointments, and confirm that we have all parts in stock for the next day. This may seem like a small thing, but it can really make a difference and catch errors before they inconvenience our customers.

We also use Toyota Genuine parts. They are designed specifically for your vehicle and you know they will fit right the first time and be worry free. For our online customers, we hope that we can provide even more convenience. We offer an online Parts Request form so that you can place an order for any vehicle needs.
