Health and Safety Officials – Management Representatives, responsible for reporting and guidance, to ensure the best standard of cleanliness and reporting.

In-Store Community Safety Notices– Community safety communications have been posted in our dealership and are updated as information becomes available.

Sanitation Plan – Increased sanitation of all high-traffic area touch points within our store multiple times a day, plus professional cleaning service during peak times and for nightly cleaning.

Service Transportation – Shuttle Services have been suspended due to close proximity and Service Coordinators work with the individual customer to find the best solution for their transportation needs.

Service Work Preparation – Guest vehicles for service in dealerships are outfitted with seat protectors prior to maintenance or repair work, plus all technicians and wash attendants are required to wear disposable gloves to work on vehicles. Steering wheels and gear shift levers to be cleaned following service.

Limited Contact Service Drop Off  – Service guests are welcome to utilize the night drop available at our Service Drive Thru Entrance. Simply park your vehicle on the Service Lot and leave your keys in a completed night drop envelope. The Service Advisors will recieve your vehcile and contact you with your preferred method.

Test Drives – Our Dedicated Sales Staff are available for out of dealership test drives, video conferencing and walk through, and virtual test drives. Call your PA today to discuss your needs.

Relaxed Cancellation Policy – Any service or test drive appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled upon request without any obligation.

Sanitizer Locations – Additional hand sanitizer dispensers have been made available to all guests and staff. Everyone is encouraged to sanitize hands throughout the day.

Cupcakes and Coffee – Our daily cupcakes have been discontinued however complimentary coffee and tea are available served individually from the café. Public coffee access has been restricted.

Travel Restriction – No unnecessary business travel by our team members. Employees are required to advise management of personal travel destinations so the company can make necessary arrangements.

Hand Etiquette – As outlined by health officials, dealership employees are to practice frequent hand washing and refrain from hand shaking.
