I just wanted to mention what a pleasant experience it is to come into
Charlesglen and get my vehicle serviced by you. My mom and sister have
both bought vehicles elsewhere and experience no where near the level of
customer service that you guys give to me. Over the last year and a half
I have come into Charlesglen a handful of times to mostly get my oil
changed. I am there first thing in the morning and no matter who greets
me and takes my information they are smiling, happy and they even joke
around. It makes my day! Especially not being a morning
person. Today when someone called me to tell me my wheels needed to be
balanced, she was courteous and friendly. My dad is an auto mechanic and
can do this for me and she did not try to push me into doing this or convince
me otherwise. Hopefully I do not need a new vehicle any time soon,
but when the time comes I will come into Charlesglen because of the amazing
customer service experience.

know my experience with Trent from Service Department. When I picked up the
car, the passenger side light was broken. I made an appointment with service
but was unable to make it. I contacted Charlesglen Toyota service and Trent
came on the phone. We made the appointment for the following Saturday; however
he suggested that I meet him near his house as I live in the SE and we are
about ten minutes from each other. The reason was to look at it and order
the right parts so I do not have to come back. I thought it was odd at
first as I have never experienced that. I did meet him at Chapters and he
looked at what I needed and the following week when I bought it in, it was
This to me is going above and beyond the normal call of duty. I wanted to take the opportunity to provide this feedback to you as we do not take the time to do this. I wanted to do this a few weeks ago but with me traveling back and forth each week up north its hard.
The original reason I came to you is because of the service. My experience with Lorne was great and now with Trent.
In a time when people are quick to criticize, I feel I need to tell you about your service department. Servicing my vehicle used to be the worst part of owning it. I felt like I was being hooped every time I would bring my vehicle in for routine servicing. They would always find something to make my bill huge.
We have decided on a Toyota because of the lower repair record and while we didn't buy from you I have always taken my van to you for servicing. (you even scraped the other deals logo off the back window for me!) The experience has always been a pleasure. No surprises. All the staff have been friendly, helpful, personable and professional.
Today though had the "WOW" factor. It was routine servicing and I asked about detailing and qualified for the Ultimate package at a discount (even better!) and you could tell that your front-end staff was proud of the job that the garage did when they handed me the keys. I felt like I had bought a new vehicle! What a fabulous job! I almost didn't want to get out of the van and I'm thinking I don't want the kids in it for a while so I can enjoy the sparkle!
Please tell your Detailing dept. that I will be booking them again and telling everyone I know how great I think they are! And please tell your service department to keep up the good work AND to call me when the Ultimate Package goes on special again!!
