Temporary Mask Policy 2020

We are proud to celebrate a Health and Safety environment recognized by the Alberta Association For Safety Partnerships. Our commitment to health and safety extends beyond that of legislation and we believe in supporting our community and local health.

The Covid-19 health crisis has had a tremendous impact on families and our community. With your safety and satisfaction at heart, we at Charlesglen Toyota are working diligently to support you during this time. We have, and continue to implement, improvements and evaluations to our Health and Safety Program to best protect our clients and staff.

Regarding the wearing of face coverings in public, we recognize that there are diverse opinions. We respect everyone’s opinions and individual needs/concerns. As the pandemic continues, health experts are advising that wearing face coverings in indoor public areas is one of the easiest and effective steps we can take to protect each other and reduce the spread of COVID-19. As a result, Charlesglen Toyota has adopted a policy, in accordance with guidance from the CDC and in compliance with government regulations, to request all staff, visitors and contractors to don PPE mask or protective face covering while in any public areas of our store. This includes, but is not limited to, our Showroom, Financial Service Department and Service Guest Lounge.

Signage has been provided in our store to remind all who enter our facility of this new requirement. Our Management and Staff will continue to protect your safety by wearing face masks in public areas and we thank you for doing the same. We can do our part together and look after each other.

As we understand, there may be some customers who are uncomfortable with the legislation associated with face coverings. In the event you are unable to enter our facility, due to restrictions surrounding face masks and coverings, please contact us and we will work with you to assist with vehicle night drops for service and online shopping for Parts and Sales.

At Alberta’s Celebration Destination, today and every day, we celebrate a healthy and safe environment for all who enter. Thank you for doing your part.

Stay healthy and, as we drive forward together, thank you for supporting local YYC businesses in their pursuit of recovery.

Sincerely,

Tim Beach
