Boyd was very helpful in taking us around showing us the different cars and generally being informative. he also worked with us to help us select the right options.

Sales team was not helpful at all. They tried to sell me the remote starter by telling me that it is already installed on the car and when I asked them to give me discount instead of removing it (removing it would cost some labour hours) they told me “don’t worry it is not installed on the car if you don’t want it we will not add it”
Also on clear out models they were not willing to give a reasonable discount.
1. I didn’t ask for test drive (saving the time)
2. I already knew what model and trim I want
3. I studied everything myself (lease/finance, lease duration, interest rate and security deposit, down payment, pricing and discounts) - saving them lots of time
And I told them if they make the deal within an hour (could be faster e.g. 30min if they weren’t greedy) they have secured one customer and they can move to the next customer in a shorter time.
Instead it took us 90 mins to sign the paperwork and reach an agreement. 90mins not bad for them but I told them that this could have been done in 30min and they wasted my time.
On the other hand the sales manager was very upset (I didn’t appreciate his tone) and removed the $130 cargo liner even with a decent markup in a 90mins deal.
Cargo liner is not a big deal to me because:
1. The car is lease and I will return in to Toyota Canada
2. I maintain the car pretty well

We are visiting from Idaho for the Stampede. While driving down Deerfoot trail something flew up and hit our sunroof on our Highlander causing it to explode. Charlesglen found the specific window needed to replace it, overnighted it from Vancouver and went straight to work on it the next day. They even gave us a rental car to use so we could enjoy the stampede parade as a family. Thank you so much Charlesglen Toyota for going above and beyond, especially when they didn’t have to! Special thanks to Mark in the parts department and Mark McQueen in the service department! We highly recommend them!

Went in to buy a Highlander. The service was professional from the sales people to the finance manager. My enquiries were handled promptly and information accurately provided.
Bought a 9 year old Toyota from another dealership. Kept trying dealerships till I found this one to take care of me and my car. Adequate and effective service, reasonable prices. Quoted 400.00 for bug protector and paint chip repair at after market place. These guys put on Toyota equipment and even used a paint pen for me. All in 130.00 while you wait drop in. The only thing missing is the massage with the happy ending. :)
