I had very good experience with Jonahtan and Mark. Jonahtan explanied everything to us and he was very honest. Mark who deliver the car to us, is amazing. He explained every details of the car and he seems has passion about the car. I can talk to him hours about car.

Painless dent repair made things worse. Doing insurance claim with $250 deductible, this PDR with buff (could hardly see much of any buff work) cost just over $200. If this was not ideal for PDR that should have been obvious to an 'expert', instead it was 'Yep, we can do that no problem'. Hail damage or a shopping cart maybe PDR is the way to Go, not in this case.
We have dealt with them only for 3 new cars. Knowledgeable staff and always willing to go the extra mile. To me there are no others.
As always I received a very pleasant reception. The service activities were clearly explained to me as well as the estimated completion time. In fact the vehicle was returned to me earlier than estimated.
My vehicle was given in excellent condition and inspected thoroughly prior to me purchasing which will be very helpful for keeping up with proper maintenance and maintain a high resale value. The winter tires were switched to summers which was a bit pre-emptive but it’s also not too normal for heavy snowfall in April.
Had a rough ride by Hyundai but Charlesglen gave us a great trade in and got us into a car perfect for my family. Thank you!
