This review is specifically for Alison Matthews, Financial Services Manager. I can only imagine how many calls she is getting from people, yet she took the time and care to help me navigate a process that wasn’t working for me. During these challenging times, it’s easy to be less patient or not give time to others, because we are feeling overwhelmed. Alison did the opposite. She leaned into kindness and support, and helped me work through the challenge. Time for me to pass on the kindness ;).
